Arrive early

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time.  Please understand your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.  First time visitors will be required to fill out a medical history form. 

Appointment cancellation

We hope you do not have to cancel.  In the event of a cancellation, please honor our 24 hour cancellation notice policy.  You will be charged for services without proper notification.

Cell phones

Cell phones are not only a distraction to you, but also to others.  Please remember to turn off your cell phone prior to the appointment.

Age requirement

All guests under the age of 18 must have a release waiver form signed by a parent or guardian prior to service.

Personal hygiene

A warm shower is not only relaxing, it also washes away any salts, minerals, or chemicals that clog pores when mixed with massage oils.

Allergy notification

Please notify the massage therapist of any allergies you may have, such as nuts and seeds.
