Massage therapy is the application of various techniques to the muscular structure and soft tissue of the body that include applying pressure and compression using primarily the hands.  All of the techniques are used for the benefit of the various systems of the body.  Massage therapy also positively influences your overall health and well-being.

Ion Cleanse                       $45

A purifying detoxification of your body. Purifies the body faster and more effectively than herbal or fasting programs with little or no stress.

Chair Massage                       $15-30

Fully-clothed upper body massage relieves tension from the neck, shoulders, and back area for relaxation. Great for people in a hurry.

Full Body Massages              $30-85

Relaxation massage - A light pressure massage using long flowing Swedish techniques.

Therapeutic massage - Medium pressure is used, concentrating on areas of physical discomfort.

Deep tissue massage - Firm pressure massage is used to relieve muscle tension and tightness.

Sports massage - A massage focusing on specific areas of need, that restores muscles to peak performance through warming and stretching (typically a 10-15 minute session).

Reflexology                              $60

Relaxing foot treatment that stimulates the body's ability to heal itself through pressure on specific reflexes on the feet. Great for circulation! (Generally a 40 minute session.)

Hot Stone Therapy                   $80        

Heated stones are placed on key energy points of the body to release muscular tension while the deep penetrating heat of the stones are used to massage the body using traditional techniques to melt away stress.

Mother to Be Massage               $60

This massage focuses on reducing tension in the back and neck and helps to alleviate aches and pains in the legs and feet.  Taking care of Mom is the best way to take care of baby!

Ear Candling                               $40

Ear candles are used to clean ears and are believed to help with various ear disorders.  Ear candles may provide relief from sinusitis, restricted hearing due to wax build-up, problematic ear wax, ear fungus, sinus headaches, vertigo, and neck pain.

Herbal Body Wrap                           $60

An herbal body wrap treatment is designed to detoxify and reduce the appearance of cellulite.  A detoxifying gel is applied to problem areas.  Then, your body is covered with a warm herbal wrap blanket that releases herbal extracts and encourages the body to relinquish fats and toxins from the adipose tissue.
